Alejandro Garnacho handed staggering pay rise after signing new deal with Manchester United

Alejandro Garnacho is primed to receive a massive wage increase after signing a new contract with Manchester United that will keep him at the club until 2028.
The 19-year-old has had a breakout season at Manchester United, becoming a regular in Erik ten hag’s starting 11.
He has four goals and four assists in all competitions this season, including the game-winning goal in United’s 2-1 triumph over Fulham in November.
However, an ankle injury has hampered his progress, and his absence in attack has been felt keenly.
Garnacho has returned to training and might face Aston Villa on Saturday as the Red Devils push for a Champions League spot.
On Friday afternoon, Manchester United confirmed the Argentinian had signed a new contract via their official website, but how much will he make each week?
How much money will Garnacho make?
The Daily Mail reported earlier this season that Garnacho was likely to be offered ten times his present wage.
According to rumors, the teenager’s weekly income would be increased tenfold, from £5,000 to £50,000.
While the winger’s salary is expected to increase significantly, number one goalkeeper David De Gea is reportedly set to take a pay cut as Ten Hag attempts to reduce the club’s wage bill.
Garnacho thanked Ten Hag and his team for helping him progress as a player this season in a news conference following the signing of a new contract.
“I dreamed of making my debut, playing at Old Trafford, scoring my first goal, and winning trophies with this badge on my chest when I joined this incredible club,” he said.
“I’m very proud and emotional to have already experienced these moments with my family, who have been there for me every step of the way.”
“We are all humbled to have this opportunity to continue our journey at Manchester United, and I have already started working on achieving the next set of goals and objectives.”
“The manager and his coaching staff have helped me to improve in every way, and with their support, I am developing each day to help the team be successful.”
Garnacho will look to build on his success this season by helping the club secure Champions League football and win the FA Cup.
