Arsenal join PSG and Barcelona in race to sign former Monaco attacker

Arsenal, PSG, and Barcelona are reportedly among the clubs who have been informed of France and Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial’s availability.
His agent, Philippe Lamboley, confirmed this week that his client wants to leave Old Trafford during the January transfer window, after falling behind Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo in the pecking order.

The 26-year-old has only made two Premier League starts and four in all competitions so far this season.
Anthony may have already played his final match for the club if the Red Devils decide to offload him when the winter transfer window reopens, due to a knee problem that has thwarted his chances of impressing new caretaker boss Ralf Rangnick.
Newcastle United, along with Arsenal, Blaugrana, and Les Parisiens, are reportedly interested in signing him, according to the Mirror.
Following their takeover, the Magpies are looking for a statement signing to help them climb out of the relegation zone, while Mikel Arteta’s side are looking for reinforcements in the final third, with Eddie Nketiah, Alexandre Lacazette, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Folarin Balogun’s futures all uncertain.
