Chelsea’s 2021/22 Premier League fixtures in full

The dates for your diaries for next season when we will hopefully see much, much more of you at Chelsea games has been revealed and the Blues have a tough start
Chelsea play four of last seasons top seven in opening six matches
Chelsea get their 2021/22 Premier League season underway in mid-August with a home game against Crystal Palace to kick off proceedings as Thomas Tuchel plots a path to the Premier League title.
The Blues’ first away game follows a week later on August 21 with a trip across London to Arsenal in what, on paper at least, looks an incredibly tough start to the campaign.
Chelsea play four of last season’s top seven in their first six matches of the campaign, rounded off by a home game against reigning champions Manchester City on September 25. That run takes in Pep Guardiola’s side as well as as a visit to Liverpool (August 28), a home game against Aston Villa (September 11) and a trip to rivals Spurs a week later on the 18th.
The Blues face two of the newly-promoted sides in successive games in October, travelling to Brentford on October 16 before hosting Norwich City a week later on the 23rd. The other side promoted form the Championship, Watford, host Chelsea on November 30 with a 7.45pm kick off at Vicarage Road.
January 2022 looks a very tough month for Thomas Tuchel’s side as they will take on Liverpool on New Year’s Day at Stamford Bridge before heading to the Etihad to play Man City on the 15th, then hosting Tottenham on the 22nd. There will be an FA Cup third round tie on the weekend in between the Liverpool and City games to contend with as well.
The traditional Boxing Day fixture sees the Blues head to the Midlands to take on Aston Villa on December 26.
Tuchel’s side will play Norwich and Brentford in consecutive weeks later in the season as well with a home game against The Canaries on March 19 and then making the short trip along the A4 to Brentford on April 2.
The Blues’ run-in concludes the season in April and May and it looks rather favourable as they will play West Ham (a), Everton (h), Wolves (h), Man Utd (a) and round of their 2021/22 season with a home game against Watford on May 22.
Remember, most, if not all, of these fixtures are subject to change thanks to the broadcasters getting their hands on them so the dates below, which are in full for the season, are not set in stone.
